Planning lived across scattered messages and documents, communication with their own chapter was weak, and coordinating with members of other organizations was even harder.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
Philanthropy chairs were expected to organize events and participation without a shared system for chapter communication, cross-organization coordination, or impact tracking.
Give organizers one clear place to plan events, communicate participation, understand engagement, and show impact.
Mapped organizer needs across chapter communication, event planning, engagement, reporting, and post-event follow-up.
Reviewed event, chapter-management, and donor-management patterns to identify the minimum information organizers need to act.
Combined essential workflows while avoiding the complexity of a full CRM in the MVP.
WHAT I BUILT
Defined PRDs, KPIs, communication and reporting flows, workflow automation, and dashboards, then built the MVP in Lovable.
Turned an under-supported leadership role into a demonstrable product with clearer coordination and measurable engagement.
The product had to support relationships between people and organizations—not only event logistics.
